The Gordon Ramsay phenomenon has been just beyond belief. The book sign up area was flooded with people. I'm trying to think if there was the same fuss around Jamie Oliver a couple of years back ... and I just can't remember. It's also pretty amazing the way the Good Food Show has taken off.
